nineteenth century brass, watchmaker's uprighting tool.
Nicely made uprighting tool.
This is a pretty but practical tool made from solid brass. It is true and complete except for one steel retaining clip and post (can be easily made). It will hold a plate of up to 2 3/4" diameter if centred.
As well as being a handy and practical little tool that will last forever, it is also a lovely little and interesting ornament.
Dimensions: 7 1/2" high x 5" wide (total dimensions).
Circa: Early 1800's.
Condition: Very good and true but needs a good clean and oil.
Price: £200.00.
